QR scanning help for iPhone and iPad

A practical guide to the App Store version 1.0. The upcoming 2.0 features are not included in this download yet.

How do I scan with the camera?

Open the scanner and allow camera access when iOS asks. Keep the complete QR or barcode in view, hold still and avoid glare. If permission was denied, review the app’s camera access in iOS Settings.

Can I read a code from a photo?

Choose an image from your photo library in the app. Use the original image where possible: a cropped, blurred or tiny code can be difficult to read. Keep the full code and its clear border visible.

How do I create a QR code?

Open code creation, enter your content and create the code. Colorful codes still need strong contrast. Try scanning the finished code before you print or share it.

Where are my previous scans?

Find previously scanned codes in the app’s scan history. A history entry lets you revisit content; it does not verify that a website is trustworthy or still available.

What should I send to support?

Email hello@minilabs.app with your app version, iOS version and the step that failed. Describe the issue without sending passwords, private documents or sensitive QR contents. Data practices are explained in the app privacy policy.
